Inotuzumab Ozogamicin ( I-no-tuz-o-mab O-zo-gam-i-cin ) (Besponsa®) What is this medication used for? Inotuzumab is used for the treatment of CD22-positive B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).

What does it look like? • Liquid How is it given?

Special instructions: • Premedications will be administered prior to the Inotuzumab Ozogamicin infusion • Provide preventative anti-infectives while receiving Inotuzumab Ozogamicin • Consult a healthcare provider before becoming pregnant, fathering a child, or breastfeeding. It may be important to use birth control while taking this medicine and for several months after treatment is completed.

• Into the vein or venous access device What are the common side effects? • Feeling tired and weak

• Headache • Sweating • Back, neck, arm, or leg pain • Muscle weakness

• Weight gain • Constipation • Mouth irritation or mouth sores • Diarrhea, throwing up, upset stomach/stomach pain, or decreased appetite What are the less common side effects? • Liver problems like dark urine, tiredness, decreased appetite, upset stomach or stomach pain, light colored stools, throwing up, or yellow skin or eyes • Bleeding • Fever, chills, very bad sore throat, ear or sinus pain, cough, pain passing urine, mouth sores, or delayed wound healing • Dizziness or passing out • Swelling • Anxiety • Faster heartbeat that does not feel normal • Signs of an allergic reaction that may include hives, itching, red, swollen, blistered, or peeling skin with or without fever, wheezing, tightness in the chest or throat, trouble breathing, swallowing, or talking, unusual hoarseness or swelling of the mouth, face, lips, tongue, or throat.
