• Q: When will I be prompted to input the key code? As soon as you are on the exam portal and have accepted the terms and agreement, the following screen will be displayed:
You will input your code in the box displayed and select Check Code.
7.Online Examination • Participants have three (3) business days to complete the exam if your instructor is not proctoring the exam immediately following the second day of the course. • APHON strongly recommends that the exam is proctored by the instructor(s) but it is not a requirement. • Participants will be directed to log in with a username and password. o If they have created a login with APHON in the past, and registered under this existing account, sign on using those credentials. o If this is their first time logging in, please have them use the email address and password used to set up their accounts and register for the course. Please make sure to have your students test their username and password prior to the exam date to alleviate issues on exam day. • Once they have logged in, they will see a line that says “APHON Pediatric Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Course.” Participants are to click on the graduation cap to the right to access the exam. • Once they have accepted the “I accept” button at the bot tom of the page and have pressed “Continue” (Make sure to read the instructions for the test) the key code screen will appear for them to input the key code printed on the inside front cover of the curriculum. • Once this has been done, they will be prompted to start the test. • Participants have 90 minutes to complete the exam. If they are not finished in the 90 minutes they will be scored based on the questions that were answered in that time. • Once they have completed the exam, they will be prompted to se lect “Score Test” at the bottom of the page. • If a participant has successfully passed the exam, they will are prompted to evaluate the course and the instructor(s). • At this time participants will be able to print out their CNE certificate and Provider Card. • If a participant should fail the first attempt they will be directed to complete the course evaluation and then be asked to begin their second attempt with a new set of test questions. o The second attempt may be started immediately but does not have to be. o The second attempt for the exam will expire in 30 calendar days once the first attempt has been failed. o The participant will have 90 minutes to complete the second attempt. • If a provider fails to log in within three (3) business days for the first attempt the provider will be required to retake the 2-day provider course. • If a provider fails to login within 30 calendar days after failing the first attempt, the provider will be required to retake the 2-day provider course.
