4. Audit Participants: •

There are two types of audit participants, those who are active providers who wish to claim CE, and those who are non-providers. • Audit participants who wish to claim CE will need to pay a $15 processing fee. Payment can be submitted by calling our Member Services Department at 847.375.4724. • Those who wish to audit a class, and will not claim CE will not be assessed a fee as the additional set-up is not required. • INSERT PROCESS FOR AUDIT REGISTRATION • Audit participants are not required to purchase a new curriculum (with the exception of new releases) to attend a course. • Audit only participants do not have access to the post-course exam. • Audit only participants will receive CNE’s after completing the post -course evaluation. • Once evaluations are completed, they will receive a certificate of completion. o Please note, that this certificate of completion in no way extends their certification or counts as a renewal. 5. Online Course Posting andBrochure • When planning your future courses, if you would like to open your course to external registrants, APHON can post the course information on the APHON website. Requests can be made on the Chemo/Bio Provider Course Posting Request Form in the Instructor Community. • A sample course brochure is available on the online posting request form and in the Instructor Community Library. Please be sure to download the most up-to-date brochure each time you plan on distributing as the documents on the Instructor Community website are subject to change. • If you wish to develop your own promotional brochure, one promotional brochure must be developed and submitted for approval to APHON’s Education Manager prior to advertising the first course. The approved brochure may then be used for all subsequent courses. • Instructors may use an online registration system for their course, but they must contact APHON’s Education Manager for approval to use the APHON logo and have the online registration form approved prior to use. Course registration materials include the APHON Pediatric Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Course set-up form, registration link and The Pediatric Chemotherapy-Biotherapy Curriculum course manual. • The completed APHON Pediatric Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Course Set- up form must be submitted three (3) weeks prior to the start of the course. • Once your course set-up is completed, a registration link will be given to you to distribute to your attendees for registration. • Course materials may be ordered through the APHON online bookstore, or by phone. The phone order for course materials and full payment must be received together at least THREE weeks prior to the course by calling APHON Member Services at 847/375-4724. 6. Course Registration •
